Prior to her entry into the health care market, Louise gained a solid grounding in marketing positions with Union Carbide, Travelers Insurance and MBNA Canada. In the early 1990's, Louise transitioned her sales and marketing expertise into the U.S. health care arena to provide her knowledge of consumer marketing skills to hospitals and medical practices. Louise received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Brock University and pursued her postgraduate education at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Along the way, she has also completed a variety of specialty courses in the areas of health care and mediation.
